Certification and Licensing Program
Our Certification & Licensing Program includes all five etiquette certification areas: Business, Dining, Adult, Teen, and Children’s Etiquette.
Participants complete five self-guided online certification courses and then attend a final Business Development Master Class with Elaine Swann. After completing the required training and approval process, graduates launch their etiquette consulting business as licensed Swann School of Protocol owners.

Our program consists of six sessions. Five sessions are delivered online and may be completed at your own pace. These courses provide training in Business, Dining, Adult, Teen, and Children’s Etiquette.
The sixth and final session is the Business Development Master Class with Elaine Swann. This live session gives you the opportunity to receive direct instruction, business development guidance, and final preparation before launching as a Swann School of Protocol owner.
After the Master Class, you will also attend an owner onboarding session to help you understand your next steps, business setup, resources, and launch support.
